Cancellation Policy
Contact Jenny 24-hours in advance if cancelling an appointment. Fees may apply.
Jenny reserves the right to end sessions immediately if any improper language, actions, innuendos, or behavior occurs. In addition, in-person sessions will end if an animal displays threatening or dangerous behavior; the full session fee will be not be waived. Owners or guardians are held responsible for all actions of the animal during a session, and should be physically capable to maintain control of the animal throughout the session.
